Current DCA Student Re-Enrollment

Steps to Re-Enroll Students for the 2024-2025 School Year

 

  1. https://davidsoncharterncc.scriborder.com/ 

  2. Log in to your Scribbles account. You will be on the Family Dashboard and see your child(ren)'s enrollment for last year. 

  3. To complete the new Re-Enrollment application for 2024-25, select the green 'Begin Application' button. 

  4. The next page shows your student(s). Select the student for which you are completing the Re-Enrollment information.

  5. Then you will be taken to the next screen which has the application form link ‘Returning Student Information (2024-2025)’. Select that link.

  6. On the next screen, click on ‘Select’ on the far right of the screen. This opens the Re-Enrollment form and choose 'Select’

  7. Choose ‘Complete Elementary School Enrollment Renewal’.

  8. This form asks for basic demographic information that is provided annually.

  9. Complete the form with ALL the required information.

  10. Please complete this process for all students that currently attend DCA.

  11. After completing, there are 3 tasks that must be updated each year. (FERPA, Internet Usage, Media Release)


IMPORTANT!


• Make sure EMERGENCY CONTACTS and ANYONE who can pick up your student(s) are listed. This is what will be in PowerSchool. Anyone NOT listed will not be permitted to pick up your student(s) until it is verified by the parent(s)/guardian(s).
• The only documentation we need is if you have a change of address. You MUST provide 2 new proofs of residency documents.
• Complete Application and any necessary tasks that follow.
• ENSURE that you have completed all information and clicked the submit button. If the form is not submitted, any required information will be outlined in red.

Attention all 7th Grade Families!


All 7th Graders MUST have updated immunizations. Both Tdap and Meningococcal conjugate immunizations are required to be on file within 30 days of school beginning.

Please submit the updated immunization record as soon as possible. You may drop off a copy in person or email a copy to: registrar@davidsoncharter.org
