Charter Schools in the State of North Carolina are assessed by giving each school a School Performance Grade (SPG). The SPG is based on the following formula:

80% of the SPG is based on EOG scores in Reading and Math in grades 3-5, and 5th & 8th grade Science.
-
20% of the SPG is based on growth, or how students did on tests compared to how they were expected to do on tests.
*No Score or Letter Grade: No School Performance Grade (SPG) was given due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
